Our exercise therapists are here to help you gain your function and strength back. From breathing exercise, back and leg pain and mobility issues to pelvic floor muscle and abdominal muscle strengthening during and after pregnancy, our therapists are qualified to take care of you and get you back on your feet independently.

Nutritionist: While medicine may treat health issues, having good nutrition aims to improve your health in a long- term. Women need better nutrition more than ever now, with lifestyle and environmental changes. And our expert nutritionists are here to guide you. We are committed to not just treat you but also improve your wellbeing.

Lactation Counselling: While being a mother comes naturally to women, our lactation counsellors are here to guide new mothers to breastfeed that works the best for the mother and the baby, and to help parents address any challenges in breastfeeding.

LDRP : A Labor Delivery Room (LDR) is built for nearly all births and some minor emergencies. It is designed to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for you and your baby. Once you are in LDR, you will have your labor, birth and initial recovery as well.

Painless Labour

Becoming a mother is a wonderful journey, right from your first ultrasound to their growing up. However, the nine-month journey and delivery are often painful and not easy. First time mothers especially fear normal birth. Modern medicine has revolutionized normal delivery with the advent of epidural analgesia to enable painless delivery, so that you don’t have to undergo a C-section.

Painless delivery is enabled through epidural analgesia administered through injection on the lower back of the mother. It takes about 10- 15 minutes to take effect. Mother can take this option even during the labour, if the pain becomes unbearable. During consult with your obstetrician, you will be counselled regarding the suitability and risks of painless labour as per your health and the baby’s status.

Prenatal Yoga & Childbirth Classes

Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for the birthing process. It takes into account the changing needs of your body throughout your maternal journey. It is completely safe to do Yoga in pregnancy. However, yoga is about stretching and not straining, so if you feel strain during yoga, you should stop.

For women who are doing yoga for the first time, it is safe to start at second trimester. But for women who regularly do yoga, it is completely safe for you to continue yoga in your pregnancy with guidelines from your prenatal yoga trainer.

Prenatal yoga helps to reduce mental stress as well as prepare your body physically for pregnancy. It strengthens your lower back, legs and pelvis so that they don’t tense up during labour. It also helps you relax mental stresses.
